Anchor: It is a horizontal scar along the sub-breast fold along with the incision vertically downward from the nipple. In this method, in addition to the lollipop type incision, another horizontal incision is made in the breast fold area. With the inverted T method, which is very similar to breast reduction surgery, excess breast tissue is removed and the sagging breast appearance is smoothed and recovered.
If the sagging condition of the breast is mild and the breast tissue is not excessive, it is planned to obtain erect breasts by placing an implant under the breast. If the sagging condition is excessive and the breast tissue has lost its elasticity significantly, this time, the breast tissue is intervened with an operating technique similar to breast reduction surgery, and the excess skin is removed by cutting.

Drains placed on the patient are removed one day after the operation. The patient can take a shower 2 or 3 days after the drains are removed. The sports bra must be worn regularly for 6 weeks to achieve the desired breast form.
This bra allows the patient to feel more secure as well as reduce the pain and pressure on the breast. The patient should not lift anything heavy for 3-4 weeks and avoid movements that require effort.
Since edema occurs in the breast after the operation, the shape of the breast becomes evident with the edema removed from the body over time, and it takes about 8-10 weeks for the breast to take its final shape.
